FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

TAXI
There is a taxi stop outside the airport. A taxi costs between NOK 200 - 300

Tell the driver to bring you to the Mix kiosk at the university. From there one has to enter the building opposite the kiosk (but not across the street), take the elevator or stairs to level 0 and look for the auditorium. Posters will be placed all arund campus to show you the way.

BUS
An easy to use journey planner is available on the following website: http://www.tromskortet.no/
The bus stop is called UiT
Information on bus tickets:
Single tickets are valid for one hour. On the bus, tickets can be purchased using cash and cost NOK 50 or NOK 25 for seniors (over 67). A day ticket costs NOK 90 for everyone. Tickets can also be purchased at the airport Arrivals area.

Can I update my registration information?

In the email you receive with your ticket you will find a link to update your information

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, if you do not please come early to the venue.

You can also show you ticket from your mobile phone.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No problem, if it is a student ticket make sure you are a student as well.

Where can I get an invoice?

The VAT is included in the price you will receive an automatic invoice (please follow the instructions provided during payment).

Can I pay via bank transfer?
